 I AM SORRY {the magic words}

Welcome to a generation of proud people. A generation that can afford to lose a friendship or relationship that has been built for a while just because of not uttering three simple statements. A generation where a woman prefers to pack her bags back to her parent residents rather than say the words, an era where a man prefers to lose his marriage and keep his self-importance. Welcome to a period where everyone is right, a millennium that never accepts they are at fault, a generation that appears to know it all, a generation that prefers to argue for so long rather than spilling the magic word out.

 

Welcome to the arena of fault-finders, descendant of those that chose to judge people always, progeny of those that always see bad of other people’s doings, a binary clone that prefers to win an argument that shoving off their ego. Should we embrace the generation of selfishness of those that wants people to apologize to them all the time, a generation of alter ego that will rather move on than sort out things with their partners, issues of those that make apology to be difficult, they want you to beg and sees you shedding quite a lot of tears, not mending cutting your heart open to them, to see how sincere you at with your apology.

 

Welcome to a period in which those sweet words appear like a million dollars to some souls, and still finds it is difficult to get in which doesn’t even cost a penny to be uttered to them. Many minds and Spirits are hurt to the extent of nothing working for them anymore expect those words are said to them by their offenders. And to some, do you mean those words when you make use of them? Or you just utter it for humanity’s sake?

 

Now, take a very good look at yourself, try to remember all those you have hurt in one way or the other, are you proud of yourself? What would you have done if you were being hurt without hearing I AM SORRY from your offenders? Should I tell you the truth, you're saying those words won’t make you feel less of a human, rather will it change your skin color, it can’t even remove a penny from your saving rather will it make you become a hero/superstar. I noticed there is this peace of mind anytime I am sorry or thank you are uttered.
