Attitudes That You Need To Give Up On If You Truly Wants To Be Happy
Happiness comes from within! Holding on so many things within can sometimes hinder one from true happiness. Some very deep attitudes we hold within us and show as a responds to people’s behavior towards us are sometimes wrong vibes we need to let go to be truly happy!
Some behaviors are:
The need to be always right
Having the urge to be always right in every conversation you find yourself, not minding other people’s opinion and also not minding loosing great relationships is a trait that needs to be checked! People with this kind of attitudes ends up sinking into great sadness when they lose an argument or fails to be right in a conversation
Pushing blame
When you always want to blame people for what you should take responsibility for, what happens if you don’t have some to shift the blame on? You might find it hard in that case to cope and sadness might set in! Be responsible for yourself and your actions
Always Complaining
People who complain about everything are generally sad. Accepting your situation and finding a way to make things better is usually a better way to channel your energy rather than draining yourself complaining
Need to impress others
Trying so hard to be something you are not just for others to like you is a terrible way to leave. Terrible sadness comes after you have tried so hard to please people and still don’t get accepted! Live for yourself and be happy
Past
Most of us have one time or the other did some things we are not proud of, or have some terrible things done to us. Yes it’s hard to let go of those memories, but if you really want to be happy, you need to let go of the past and focus more on the future.
Need for control
There are somethings within our control and others are just out of our control! Trying so hard to control things clearly out of our control brings great sadness, because no matter how much we try, those things would never yield to our control. To be happy, letting go should be a lifestyle in some cases
