Some tips people don't know about water
People at times restrict their drinking of water to after meal alone or when they become very thirsty!
These practice might be doing more harm than good to your body and general well-being as a whole!!
"Some medical experts in their research says drinking water early in the morning or in midnight helps to increase toxin, proper function of the brain and also helps to rehydrate the body"
In these article, I present to you some specific reasons taking atleast 2 to 3 glass of water daily helps the body function well
AFTER A NIGHT SLEEP:
People actually sleep for different hours at night, but a good practice of 8hours sleep means your body wasn’t able to consume any fluid through-out that period.
On waking up in the morning, the body will surely have been dehydrated and might need a glass of water to be rehydrated.
BEFORE GOING TO BED:
Taking water before hours of sleep, it would help the body to take water to prepare it for the long hours of dehydration!
Risk of Cardiovascular diseases are elevated by dehydration, so taking water before sleep(a lengthy period of no fluid intake) can actually help the body store up water there-by reducing the risk of Cardio-disease such as heart attack, and stroke.
BEFORE TAKING MEAL:
Taking water before meal helps increase the rate of digestion, this in turn ensures the general well-being of the body
Water before meal can also be beneficial to those on diet; as taking sufficient water before eating ensures you won’t consume much as you are already half full before eating
AFTER TAKING MEAL:
This also aids the process of digestion and ensures food consumed are easily digested!
BEFORE AND AFTER WORKOUT:
It is usually best to take water before you hit the gym, this is because during the process of working out, your body loses fluid and chances are that u might not be able to resupply lost fluid until after workout. Taking water therefore before workout ensures your body have fluid to work with while working out
Similarly, after workout (a serious one tho.. lol), sufficient fluid would have left the body majorly through sweat. Replacing such will do the body much good!
That why I always take water before sleep wake up to take another glass and aslo in the morning I take water again cause I know the benefit
Always take atleast 8 glass of water a day
